This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Cr.No.278 of 2022, on the file of Inspector of Police, Thimiri Police Station, Ranipet District and quash the same.7827 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajabad. 3.In view of completion of investigation and filing final report, the order of quashing F.I.R. in Cr.No.278 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police cannot be ordered. Therefore, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Walajabad, to take the final report in Cr.No.278 of 2022 on file and proceed to dispose of the case as early as possible. 4.With the above direction and observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
