This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 being the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner N.Muthuraman as petitioners in the above Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this WMP.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this WMP is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Writ Petition for hearing on 04.02.2020.
