There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this contempt petition was preferred against an interim order dated 17.03.2006, passed by this Court in WPMP.No.27352 of 2005 in W.P.No.24966 of 2005. He also submitted that W.P.No.24966 of 2005 itself was dismissed during its final disposal.

2. This Court for the present, records the statement of the counsel for the respondent.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition, and accordingly this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
