This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in PR.No.15/2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - V, Salem.

Therefore, the petitioners are seeking to withdraw this criminal original petition with a liberty to file a fresh criminal original petition on the ground of compromise between the parties.
