ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to re-designate the petitioner as Junior Assistant retrospectively from the date of appointment i.e., 01.01.1990, pursuant to his representation dated 30.06.2015. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, it would suffice, if liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for notional benefits.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
