When the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 21.06.2019, there was no representation for the revision petitioners and hence was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 24.06.2019. Subsequently, on the next hearing dates 24.06.2019 and 01.07.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners sought time to produce the Judgment in OS.No.539 of 2000 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore. The learned counsel for the sixth and seventh respondents is present.

2. However, when the Civil Revision Petition was taken up today, ie., 02.07.2019 there is no representation for the revision petitioners. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
