ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to conduct the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report before the competent Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the petitioner lodged a complaint against his wife from whom he separated. It is alleged in the complaint that the when his wife came to the house to see her children, she taken away some gold jewels and cash from the godrej bureau. On a reading of the complaint, the allegation do not warrant a direction to the respondent police to conduct investigation.
