On 05.07.2019, the Registry was directed to ascertain whether E.P.No.216 of 2005 in Arbitration O.P.No. 10 of 2002 is still pending on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Namakkal. Accordingly, a communication was sent by the Registry to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court, Namakkal and the learned Judge had sent a report to this court stating that the E.P.No.216 of 2005 in Arbitration O.P.No. 10 of 2002 on their file was disposed of on 31.10.2011. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.
2. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
