(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the conditions incorporated in the memorandum of compromise have been complied with and the respondent/ husband also paid a sum of 1/4

Rs.20,00,000/- by way of Demand Drafts bearing Nos.040775, 040776, 040777 and 040778 dated 01.02.2023 to the appellant.

2. In view of the statement made and the documents produced, the fact that the conditions have been complied with is recorded and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal will stand dismissed, affirming the decree for divorce granted by the trial Court. No costs.
