ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2025 in accordance with law by registering a case under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes

(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 on CSR.No.112 of 2021 on the file of second respondent herein and report under Section 151 Police Standing Order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sent a representation to the first respondent dated 30.12.2025 requesting them to act on CSR No.112 of 2021 by considering a report dated 01.03.2021 in accordance with law. Since no action has been taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has sent the representation very recently, i.e., 30.12.2025. He further submitted that the first respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
