Mr. M.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Execution Petition in E.P.No.32 of 2002 in R.C.O.P.No.1444 of 1991 was closed by the Executing Court on 06.12.2013. The learned counsel submitted that in view of the closure of the Execution Petition, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
