O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the third respondent from settling or disbursing the claim of the second respondent in respect of the account of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent / State Bank of India brought to the notice of this Court that the Debt Recovery Tribunal allowed the application filed by the Bank for recovery of the dues.

3. In view of the fact that the Debt Recovery Tribunal had already allowed the application filed by the Bank, the cause deserve no further adjudication and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
