Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Sub Court, Ulundurpet to dispose of HMOP.No.4 of 2017 (Transferred HMOP.No.177 of 2013 - Ld. Sub Court, Villupuram) within a time frame fixed, instead of periodically adjourning the case to various dates. For Petitioner :

The petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Sub Court, Ulundurpet to dispose of HMOP.No.4 of 2017, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Though the relief is sought for speedy disposal of HMOP, it is seen that there are four interlocutory applications pending, which includes application for interim maintenance filed by the wife, since the year 2017.

3. Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Ulundurpet, is directed to dispose of the applications, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the HMOP shall be taken up for trial.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above 2/5

directions. No costs.
