ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue viz., Priyanka, daughter of R.Arasu, aged 23 years, sought production of her daughter.
2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent.
3. The detenue is produced before this Court. The detenue has been secured from Bangalore owing to strenuous efforts taken by first respondent. Recording her statement that she had left https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
parental home on her own volition, has returned thereto and was not in the illegal custody of any person, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
