This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.03.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice. 3.It appears that the petitioner had entered into an agreement of sale with the opposite party on 10.07.2012 and had given advance of Rs.5,20,000/-. It essentially appears to be a breach of contract. Hence, no positive direction could be given to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police to register a case. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
