O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The petitioner making allegation of professional misconduct against the second respondent, has filed a complaint before the first respondent on 21.10.2019 which was taken on file as Complaint No.484 of 2019. Since no action has been taken by the first respondent, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Heard Mr.K.Kannan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned Counsel for the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Notice is not necessary for second respondent as this Court intends to direct the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action as per law at the earliest. 3.Taking into consideration that the complaint has been filed by the petitioner and it was taken on file in Complaint No.484 of 2019 and notice was also sent to the second respondent based on the said complaint, it is appropriate for the first respondent to hear the matter after giving opportunity to both the parties and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4.In the result, this Writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
