ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the complaint in C.S.R.No.541 of 2013 dated 16.10.2013 on the file of the respondent Police to any other investigation agency and direct them to conduct fresh investigation. 2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of investigation, the 2nd respondent reporting that the case has been "Further Action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dropped" in FAD 870/2014, dated 04.12.2014 and no further action needs to be taken and the final report to that effect has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. 4.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the complaint as prayed by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
