ORDER
The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 relating to the issue of patta bearing door No.22/20, Eswaran Nagar, 10th street, Pammal, Chennai -75.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that earlier her father filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.32949 of 2015 to direct the respondent to consider his representation for issuance of patta in respect of the said property. This Court, by order dated 13.10.2015, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's father's representation dated 18.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner's father as well as to the third parties, if so required. However, the respondent has not considered the said representation.

3. Subsequently the petitioner's father had died on 02.07.2016. Thereafter, the petitioner has given the present representation dated 04.03.2017, which had not yet been considered by the respondent.
4. Mr.S.V.Duraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within a time frame.
5. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance of law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the third parties, if so required, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
