Mr M Anees Ahmed v. Star Fast Food
O.A.Nos.28 and 30 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm.Div.)No.12 of 2024 ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.
As seen from the affidavit of service filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff along with the delivery reports, the respondent has been duly served. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list today. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.
Hence, the respondent is set exparte by this Court.
This court, by its order dated 12.01.2024, granted an order of interim injunction as prayed for in these applications, after giving a finding that a prima facie case has been established by the plaintiff, and the balance of convenience and irreparable hardship has also been established by the plaintiff. Since the respondent has been set exparte by this Court, interim injunction granted by this Court on 12.01.2024 in these applications is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.
To await the service of suit summons, post the matter on 16.02.2024.
