ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.805 of 2012 from the file of the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent and further direct the 3rd respondent to appoint suitable officer to investigate the case.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that on completion of investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.805 of 2012, the 2nd respondent reporting that the case has been "Further Action Dropped" and no further action needs to be taken and the final report to that effect has been filed before the Tahsildar, Tiruvannamalai on 27.11.2012. 3.In view of the same, there is no necessity to transfer the complaint as prayed by the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
