Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Petition with the direction to the Registry to return the original Will. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the original Will on proper undertaking as required under the Original Side rules.
