Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners seek for a direction to the respondent to consider their representation dated 09.11.2015, wherein and whereby, they sought for laying road to approach their houses. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that these petitioners have already approached this Court and filed the writ petitions in WP.Nos.33542 to 33546 of 2015, this Court has granted liberty to these petitioners to make representation to the respondent. Now, it is stated that the petitioners have made the representation to the respondent on 09.11.2015, in pursuant to the said order passed by this Court and the same is not yet disposed of.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 09.11.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioners and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
