ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register a First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 09.04.2015 given by the petitioner acknowledged in C.S.R.No.75 of 2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It appears that the petitioner/wife has given a complaint against her husband, based on which enquiry is pending in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.S.R.No.75 of 2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Officer for enquiry and after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer, the respondent police shall take action in accordance with the law. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
