ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a police Protection.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the dispute is between the family members, in this regard, the respondent Police already conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.43 of 2018 and closed the complaint.

4.Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is not necessary. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
