This petition is filed to condone the delay of 394 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
