O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.869 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent Inspector of Police T15, SRMC Police Station, Chennai, in Stipulated time period.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the instruction given by one Mr.Pradeep, Sub Inspector of Police attached to the T15, SRMC Police Station, Chennai that the telephone of the accused in Crime No. 869 of 2020 has been sent for the forensic investigation. Once the forensic report is received, the respondent will file the final report. He would further submit that the respondent seeks four months time to file the final report.

3.Heard the learned counsel and perused the materials available on record.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Court directs the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition stands ordered.
