This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No. 1542 of 2014 on the file of the 1st Respondent police against the petitionrs/accused for the offence under Section 341, 307 and 506(ii) IPC.

first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the trial has been completed and judgment was pronounced in S.C.No.22 of 2016 on the file of XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai-1, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has now become infructuous.
