The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2013 and pass appropriate orders directing the respondent to confirm or re-designate the status of the petitioner as Store Keeper of the 1st respondent Unit Run Canteen and accordingly, to direct the payment of salary and allowances due to the petitioner from 04.01.2001 in the scale of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pay applicable to the post of Store Keeper, namely, 4000-1006000 as per the rules in force dated 28.04.2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2013 has been rejected by the first respondent herein, by order dated 14.09.2018. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 14.09.2018 before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also conceded that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.
