ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for entire records in RCOP. No. 1263 of 2002 dated 05.09.2003 (on the file of the XVI Small Causes Court, Chennai) and set aside the judgment and decree in RCA.No.1255 of 2003 dated 10.03.2010 passed by the learned VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner/tenant has handed over the possession of property to the land lord/respondent herein. respondent/land lord has taken over the possession of the premises. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
