According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.205 of 2016 against the respondent for divorce, which is pending. Even, the respondent has not chosen to file counter statement before the court below with an intention to drag on the proceedings. The aforesaid HMOP has been adjourned from time to time for filing counter statement. Therefore, the revision petitioner

has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the said HMOP within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and also there is no application is pending in the above HMOP, without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the HMOP.No.205 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible on or before October 2018.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
