Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(e) imposed the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8676/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11892/2020 dated on 23.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8676 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11892 of 2020 on 23.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and it has been taken on file by the competent Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
