2. This Court, by order, dated 25.02.2015 passed a conditional order, whereby directed the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- as costs to the respondent, within a period of two weeks.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the conditional order has been complied with.

4. In view of the same, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
