This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by Mr.Manivannan, Pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Arcot Town Police Station, Vellore District.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
