ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.1666 of 2024.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the compensation amount pertaining to 34 petitioners were deposited by the respondent and no amount was deposited in respect of the remaining four petitioners and hence, this sub application has been filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier four petitioners did not furnish their ownership details and hence, the amount was not apportioned. Now the compensation amount was apportioned and it is going to be deposited before the Sub Court (LAOP) at Thiruvallur.

4.In view of the above, this Court finds no necessity to reopen the contempt and hence, this sub application is closed.
