ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 13.04.2015 and to proceed with the investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint by post to the 2nd respondent. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
