The learned counsel appearing for the respondents contended that this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous, since, the suit OS.No.4310 of 2003, on the file of the learned XV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai has already been dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petitions is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
