ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29564 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29564 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
