A.No.309 of 2024 in C.S.DR.No.162820 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to the plaintiff to sue in respect of the Item No.2 of the suit properties which is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for partition. Considering the facts that Item No.1 of the suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and only Item No.2 of the suit property is situated outside the jurisdiction and also the plaintiff as well as the defendants are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
