The Writ Petition has been filed to call for records relevant to the order of Reversion in Na.Ka.No.311/2010 dated 27.05.2011 passed against the rule of law and natural justice and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents to continue the service of the petitioner as Park Watchman and pay back all the service benefits to the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, a letter is also addressed to the Registry dated 22.12.2023.

4. In view of the letter dated 22.12.2023 duly signed by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
