This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 179 days in representing the above Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed on payment of a cost of Rs.1000/- to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
