O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent, placing on record a letter dated 17.09.2019, would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2.A perusal of the letter dated 17.09.2019 would show that the petitioner has discontinued his studies. It is useful to extract the said letter as under:

'As the petitioner student has discontinued his studies, he is not entitled to seek any remedy in this case. Further, no approval has been accorded by the DOTE for his admission in the Engineering Programme.'

3.In view of the said letter dated 17.09.2019, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
