C.M.P.Nos.2381, 2382 and 2385 of 2020 in S.A.No.81 of 2002 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 1449 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 as appellants 2 to 6 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3. Learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 has no objection for these petitions being allowed.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
