ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner is absent.
2. Shri. Ravichandran, appearing for all respondents except respondent No.5, states that the representation will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. Counsel states that petitioner will also be given notice of the actions being taken.
3. The process of surveying whether there is any encroachment and removal of encroachment shall be completed within four weeks from today.
4. Shri. Ravichandran states that encroachment is not on temple land, but on Government land. When, admittedly, there is an encroachment, we are surprised why no action was taken all these while. Therefore, within four weeks, steps will be taken to remove encroachments.
5. Respondent No.5, Municipality Commissioner, Karur, is not before us. The directions given above shall apply to respondent No.5 as well.
