No. 433 of 2001 (sub Court,Namakkal)(in CRP No.351/2010) and (2)Against the fair and decretal order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram dated 24-10-2009 made in I.A No.207 of 2008 in O.S.No 433 of 2001(Sub Court, Namakkal)(in CRP No.352/2010) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.SARAVANA KUMAR for M/S I.ABRAR MD ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the Original Suit involved in these civil revision petitions.

2. The Civil Judge had sought for extension of six months to dispose of the suit.

3. Considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
