ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.04.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.290 of 2015 is pending.

4. Hence, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.242/2015 and register the case in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. The petitioner shall also produce the Doctor Certificate to show that she was assaulted.
