2.This criminal appeal has been filed against the order of Crl.M.P.No.1991 of 2006 dated 14.06.2006 in Crime No.27/2006. 3.Though the appeal is of the year 2007, no case papers are available. The Registry conducted the investigation with the available records and found this appeal filed against order in Crl.M.P.No.1991 of 2006 dated 14.06.2006 in Crime No.27 of 2006 on the file of respondent police. The said Crime No.27/2006 (DCB, Theni) was taken on file as C.C.No.22 of 2007 on 07.06.2007, (on the file the TNPID Court, Chennai) The said Crime No. 27/2006 (DCB, Theni) was taken on file as C.C. No. 27/2007 on 07.06.2007 Thereafter, the said C.C.No.22 of 2007 was transferred to TNPID Court, Madurai and renumbered as C.C.No.45 of 2008 for the offence under Section 406 and 409 IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act. The said Criminal case was ended in acquittal on 27.04.2013.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal appeal for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal stands dismissed.
