ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.393 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur on 03.06.2019 and it was taken on file in C.C No.213 of 2019. The learned counsel further submitted that the matter has already been transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioners are aggrieved, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
