(CRIME NO.496/2021) For Petitioner : M/S V.MURUGESAN Advocate For Respondent : MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 448, 294(b), 387, and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.496 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stated that the petitioner along with two other accused persons trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused the petitioner with filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences and demanded money at knife point. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection stating that the petitioner is commission agent collecting money from the people and he is having 10 previous cases. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above facts and nature of the offences involved in this case and he is having 10 previous case, this is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
