ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition alleging that the order of this Court passed in Cont.P.No.2971 of 2016 dated 02.12.2016 has not been complied with by the respondents. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing counsel for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the third respondent has passed an order dated 27.04.2017 in Na.Ka.No.A4/75/2016, which has also been communicated to the petitioner. In support of his contention, learned Standing Counsel produced a copy of the said order by way of typed set.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents, the present contempt petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before the court concerned.
