ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family in the blanket of enquiry for the family dispute.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's wife Farzana is having illicit relationship with one of the relatives of the petitioner. She had given a false complaint against the petitioner. On the basis of the complaint, petitioner is frequently called by the respondent police. Therefore this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no petitioner enquiry or investigation in FIR is pending against this petitioner as of now. The petitioner is not required for enquiry in connection with any complaint.
